Missings Tabs at Configuration(using windows 2000 Prof SP2)

Hello,

i have a little problem configurating the PDF Converter. In the printers menÃ¼ of windows, I choose the Amyuni-printer then "Properties" (of the Amyuni printer).
On the form which opened, there is a button "printer setting"

On my machine there are serval more tabs. These Tabs are missing on a other machine.

We ' re using Amyuni Document Converter 2.10.

Hello,

The End User version of the Document Converter has all the tabs you are mentioning.

While the Developer version doesn't have all the tabs because this version is meant to be used from inside your application.

Also if the printer is not enabled yet you will not see the tabs.

After or when installing version 2.10 you need to enable it using the licensee and Activation code you get.

Hello Joan,

first of all thanks for your support.
But I still have the same problem.
Then I did the following steps:

- Download the new printer-software (pdfdrvDe.exe)
- Deinstalled the "old" printer device
- I've activated the product via Activation Code

Now I checked the properties of the amyuni printer device and
there is only one tab.

Is there really no way to show these tabs in my version?

I am not sure if you have the Developer or End User version.

Also I am not sure if you are a licensed user or if you are trying our demo versions.

I'm sure I've got the Developer Editionen (Got the Info from the Invoice).
I'm an licensed user, so is there a way to get these "extra"-tabs?

Hello,

If you got the Developer version than it is absolutely normat that you don't get the extra tabs.

These tabs are available only in the End User version.

They do not exist in the Developer version because this version is meant to be used programmatically from inside your application only.

Hello,

It is not really a pitty that you don't have the tabs in the Developer version. Because the Developer version is not made to be used by your end users directly. It is made to be used in your application and you can wirte a few lines of code in your application to create a pdf file and save it to a location of your choice.

What is your application and what does it do?
