Append ignore the orientation of the appending PDF

Using activeX 2.10e from VB.
When I append a PDF document that has a landscape orientation to one that is set to portrait as default, the appended document is 'clipped' and show as a portrait page in the resulting doucment. How can I make it keep its orentation from before the append?

This issue is not supposed to occur.

Did you try our latest 2.10i?

Also please check that each file seperately is generated in the right format than try to use the Append function to append both documents and check the result.

I upgraded to 2.10i. More importantly I made a reference to each file and appendEX the files. This seems to look at the second documents properties and treat it as a different format if needed.
