Adobe Error 114

We have an application that uses the Amyuni driver. When one of our customers saves certain forms he gets the error "There was an problem reading the document (114)." from adobe. No one else I know of gets that error on any documents within our program. Does anyone have any idea what might cause this error? I have an example document.

Are you sure this user is using the same version of the PDF Converter as the other users?

Maybe this user is using an old version of our product.
