We are seeing the time it takes to create the PDF degrade over time. Initially it takes < 1 minute. After about a week of uptime on our server the PDF generation takes around 6 or 7 minutes. Once we reboot the server the time reverts back to around 1 minute.
Does anyone know why this might occur?

This could be a memory issue.
Please check the memory consumption when first running your application and after a week.
We can't determin if this is an issue due to our driver, there could be some memory leak in your application.
