After reinstalling pdf Converter v2.1 Demo, I right clicked my printer > properties > configure tab and got the POOF sound and the message, ":Rundll32 - this program hs performed an illegal operation....."
DETAILS: "RUNDLL32 caused a general protection fault in module ACPDF210.DRV at 000a:000033...."
A related problem is how to uninstall to get a clean reinstall. Theuser's
manual says to launch install.exe with -u switch. How do I / can I?

Are you trying to install our latest demo version 2.10i-6?
To unistall the PDF Converter using install -u you need to go to the Command prompt (Start --> Run) and go to the specific folder where you have Install.exe. By default, using the latest versions of the driver the PDF Converter files are under C:\Program Files\Amyuni PDF Converter so you write:
C:\Program Files\Amyuni PDF Converter\ Install -u "Printer Name" and you run this command.
If you are using the latest version of the demo you can unistall the printer using:
Start --> Programs -> Amyuni PDF Converter -> Uninstall.
