Installation Error

I am getting the following error on installation.
Any suggestions? This is XP.

Installing printer
Error Code: 997
Overlapped I/O operation in progress
------------------------------------------------------
Installing printer
Error Code: 1797
The printer driver is unknown
------------------------------------------------------
Installing Licensing Information
Error Code: 6
The handle is invalid
------------------------------------------------------
Printer setup failed
Error Code: 6
The handle is invalid

Hello,

Please do the following:

1 - Restart your system

2 - Log to the system as adminstrator.

3 - Check that all applications are closed than run Install.exe

If you are still getting any errors please post the new log file that you get.
