PDF's intercepted by Mail Scanning Software

We are experiencing occasional problems sending PDF's to external parties. Their mail scanning software blocks the email contain the PDF.
We use Amyuni 2.08 with default encryption. Installations appear ok and virus infection is not the problem.
Has anyone else experienced these problems?

A mail message has been encountered that
contains some bad data, ie. MIMEsweeper encountered an error when
trying to access the data.
and
I.S. MailFirewall has stopped the following message:
Because it believes the message contains a virus.
The virus scanning software used was: Sophos AntiVirus (SAVI2 Interface)
The file was corrupted.

We released version 2.09 of the PDF Converter. Please try to update your current version of the driver at: http://www.amyuni.com/en/support/updates.html

We are getting reports that this is not working in Amyuni 2.10h, so whatever you folks did to correct it in 2.09, it's gone again in 2.10h.

I am getting the above error message when I send out PDF generated with Amyuni document converter 2.10 to external users. Like other messages posted on this board, we use Sophos anti-virus software for our mail servers

This issue is happening with the Sophos antivirus for random PDF files. We are still looking into this issue.

Hi All,

I have just downloaded the sophos updates (ver 3.82), and now everytime I scan the PDF's, they are not reported as corrupted.

Tested further by sending mails out via mailsweeper, and they are now going through without being intercepted as 'undetermined'.

My environment:
Mailsweeper 4.2(3)
NT server 4 with SP6a (hi encryption pack)
Exchange server 5.5
Sophos 3.82

Any news on the 2.10i-6 driver that is also supposed to fix this. I been downloading copies of the driver over the last few days but they all report themselves as 2.10i-3

We released version 2.10i-6 today, you can find this version on our website.

In general, when sending a new version, we send an e-mail to our customers notifying them of the new release.
