Preview Document option not working?

We have an application that uses the Amyuni 2.10 convertor. The application is supposed to call another EXE when the Preview Document box is checked, but it does not. I can bring up the EXE independently and when I select the box, it prompts me to select the application and that appears to function. However, whenever I print to the driver, it never calls the EXE. This only occurs on 2 machines that we are aware of and both are Aopen Pentium 4's running Windows XP Pro SP1. Anyone have any ideas?

Hello,

Are you adding the path of the exe to the registry?

Are you adding postprocessing to FileNameOptions as decimal or hexadecimal value?
