PDF Convertor 2.10h does not embed a font called "MapInfoSymbols,Bold" into the PDF document. I have the following FileNameOptions set - EmbedSimulatedFonts + EmbedLicensedFonts + FullEmbed + EmbedFonts.
Without EmbedLicensedFonts set the font "MapInfoSymbols" without the Bold attribute is not embedded either. This font plus several others are fonts that are installed with the MapInfo Professional mapping software.
Problem with Embedded Fonts

Our latest version of the PDF Converter is 2.10i, you may try it to see if this font will be embedded.
If not, if you have a licensed version of the PDF Converter you may send us the font file to support@amyuni.com to check why it is not embedded.
If you are using the PDF Converter from inside MapInfo application only then you need to check with them about this issue and they will get back to us if needed.
