How do I make a check box print checked?

If openmb is a checkbox neither of the following two commands prints it as checked:
PDFviewer.ObjectAttributeStr("openmb", "Text", "Yes")
PDFviewer.ObjectAttributeStr("openmb", "Text", "On")

I have to use objectattributestr because I am using VFP.
