You can find these in the PDF Creator documentation "PDF Creator Developer Manual.pdf".

Please to tell me where in the manual it lists the constants? Is there no header file anywhere?

Please check the Developers' manual "PDF Creator Developer Manual.pdf", in this manual you will find all information about attributes for each object of the PDF Creator and the values (constants) for each attributes.
