jpgs not being converted to PDF

First i was having problems with both .doc and images nows its just the .jpg's.
my default viewer for all image type files is ACDsee could that be the reason, i doubt that this is not. Because i have the amyuni setup on another computer where all images are associated with the IE and still they dont get converted to PDFs.

Kindly give me some clue to what might be happening

Hi,

The issues you are facing are really weired !

Please send this issue to our Support Department support@amyuni.com, we do not have any specific problem converting images to pdf but it maybe something related to the images themselves or to the way you are converting them.
