Can you please tell me how to uninstall the Amyuni PDF Converter? I have version 2.08 on my computer and I have no clue as to what program installed it. One of the problems I was having with my older computer, which was running Windows 2000 Pro, was that it would hang up on creating PDFs out of Word. I got a faster machine running XP, re-installed my programs and found that I had the converter on my machine and I had the same problem. I think there might be a problem with the wrong printer driver being called when I want to create a PDF and things hanging up. In order to test that out, I need to be able to uninstall the converter. Any help on this would be appreciated as it is rather annoying not to be able to create PDFs.

I didn't really get the situation you are in. Do you have a licensed version of the PDF Converter or do you have an application that uses our driver?
If you have the PDF Converter included in a third party application than it is normal that you will not be able to use the PDF Printer from Word directly, because this printer can be used only from inside your application.
One way of uninstalling the PDF Converter version 2.0x is to run
Install -u "Printer name" from the folder where the files and dlls of the PDF Converter exists.
If you can locate this folder than running Install -u from the Dos Prompt will help.
Our new version 2.1 of the driver contains an unistall utility that you can run from the program files like any other application that is installed on your system.
If this doesn't help and if you don't know where are the files and dlls of the driver stored, you can delete the printer from your Printers' folder and delete the following files from your system folder:
cdintf*.*
acfpdf*.*
But this will prohibt the export to pdf option to work in your application.
If you can provide more information about how you are using our driver and how you need to generate pdf files, i am sure i will be able to provide you with more help to generate pdf files.
