Installation problem (Error Code: 2)

We're having a problem installing the PDF Converter on a Win XP machine. This is the same install that's working just fine on other machines. One thing of note is that the individual already has Amyuni installed from a different source for a different driver (as well as another third-party PDF converter).

Any help would be appreciated. The installation log we get reads as follows:

Hello,

Please check the following:

1 - That you are launching Install.exe from a folder containing all the files and dlls you received with the PDF Converter, and that none of them is marked as Read Only.

2 - That you are logging to the system as Administrator.

3 - That all applications are closed on the system.

If you are still facing any problem you can install the printer using the Add Printer Wizard. In this case an Inf file is needed and can be provided by support@amyuni.com
