StartDoc Error

Hi,
I have a customer with this configuration :

- Many PC's with Windows XP - Windows 98
- File Server Linux via Samba
- Amyuni PDF Converter Version 2.10e Developer
- Adobe PDF Writer 4.1

Amyuni generates 1, 2 pdf files correctly, but then the driver is locked and the call StartDoc fail. The printer has one job in queue, but document,printer and drivers are locked.
I must remove printer and driver, restart the pc and so I print ok, but
after some files, the printer is yet locked.

I enable license key with same methods, but by this customer the driver fail... and the customer is very angry.
Any useful suggestion??

I copy the source file in local C: hard disk and then I send to PDF converter.

So all work fine!
