I am currently evaluating the developer version of pdf creator.
I have a pdf document generated by a crystal reports control. When it gets printed with pdf creator through the vb app I have created, all text in the document comes out garbled.
When I view this pdf in acrobat reader it looks fine, and when I open it with PDFCreactiveDoc.exe that came with the evaluation install the text also looks garbled.
Can I do anything to fix this?

The PDF Creator product will open/preview 100% of all PDF documents created by our PDF Converter product and a large majority of PDF documents created by other PDF generators. Occasionally the PDF Creator does encounter documents that it cannot preview.
