Error in CDINTF210.DLL

Hi,

I am a tech support rep at Genealogy.com and Family Tree Maker. With our latest version of Family Tree Maker, we ship the Amyuni PDF converter driver version 2.10. We are seeing issues with something with this driver. The installation appears to be blocked or conflicting with something. When some users try to export their reports or trees from Family Tree maker 11 to PDF, they get an error that usually has FTW.EXE as the executable file and the module being CDINTF210.DLL. When I have had them check their printer folder, the Family Tree Maker printer (AKA Amyuni PDF converter 2.10) doesn't appear. When we try install it manually by running the Install.exe file, we get some of the errors below,

Item 1: Installing Print Driver, Error Code 2, Could not find file
Item 2: Installing Printer, Error Code 1797, Printer driver not known
Item 3: Printer setup failed, Error code 1797, Printer driver not known.

Has anyone heard of this or are familiar with the problem/solution?
