Security problem in Win2000

Hello,
we encountered the following problem already twice in two Windows 2000 installations (one US English, the other French): when accessing the Security tab for the Amyuni PDF Converter all we get is a grey property window and we get the message

"Unable to load security settings."

The security for the other printers looks ok (i.e.: we can access the security tab). Any idea in regard?

Hello,

The issue you are encountering is caused by the latest Windows service pack 4 for win2000. On development team is currently looking in to resolving this issue and we plan to add the "fix" to our next service release.

In the mean while we have a work around the resolves this situation. The work around requires adding the PDF Converter using windows Add Printer method.

The service release is not ready yet.

Please feel free to check our updates page by the end of this month for any new update: http://www.amyuni.com/en/support/updates.html

In the mean time you can install the printer using the add printer wizard, we can send you the needed inf file to do so.
