Hello I assume you mean me to open the printer via the control panel. When i right click the printer and select printing preferences i get a window with only one tap namely configuration - nothing else. I am now getting another problem. One other point i forgot to mention. When i look at the PDF printer's configuration and hit the button to the right of the licensed to Anyuni i get a new window asking for licensed to and activation code information. There is no data in these boxes.
Is this relevant.

I have created a new word document and printed using the PDF printer. However I do not get the save as dialogue box. In fact nothing happens after i hit the print button.

I have downloaded your PDF converter from your web site. When I try to convert a word document to a PDF file using the AMyni PDF converter no file is produced on my PC. This is the same problem I was having with the Family Tree maker program.

I too have a similar problem. I am using Family Tree Maker V11 from Genealogy.com and the Export to PDF file function does not produce a PDF file. The product has the Amyuni PDF Converter V2.10b which is licensed to Genealogy.com. Genealogy.com are unable to resolve the problem.
