There is no process containing the letters "HP" running on my PC. However, there are two HP printers active. One is a DeskJet 1120C and one is a LaserJet IIIP. My Wife has an HP 952C and there are no problems there.
Note that both my printers are pretty ancient. Does this mean anything?
