SetJPeg2000Compression and SetColor256Compression combine

Is it useful to combine this features (they are introduced in Amyuni 6.0)?
Or are they exclusive to each other?

My current plan is to use
SetJPeg2000Compression(handle, true);
SetQualityLevel(handle, QualityLevelHigh); // higher quality but bigger size of the resulting PDF-file

But is it useful to turn on the SetColor256Compression or is it turning off the other stuff?
