cdintf300.dll GPF; XP Media Center Edition

A customer reports that our app is crashing on Windows Media Edition. The GPF address is in the cdintf300.dll (ver. 3.01).

Before crashing, the customer gets a 'The printer name is invalid' message.

Any suggestions on what/where we should look?
