spoolsv.exe crashing

Hi

We recently installed Amyuni PDF converter Version 3.01a on a windows 2000 terminal server. Since then we've been having problems with the print spooler service crashing.

The error in the event log is "the application, spoolsv.exe, generated an application error The exception generated was c0000005 at address 7613f14f (splbroadcastChange)"

Any ideas?

I had a similar crash today when testing v3 for the first time. I'd used it to generate a few hundred PDFs and then the spooler service suddenly crashed. Nothing in the event log for me though.

Please try version 3.02

This error however doesn't seem to be related to the PDF Converter, it is more related to the spooler, however to investigate it you need to contact support@amyuni.com

In mutithreading environments you need to use the locking mechanisme of CDintf or any other locking functions for the jobs not to be overwritten.
