Problem with Printer HP 1300

Hi,
our customer reports that when he prints a pdf with our software (we´re using PDFCreactiveX.PDFCreactiveX::Print() - Method to print a pdf) to a
hp 1300 printer he becomes 20 - 25 pages with just one line of glyphs and nothing more. Printing to another printer is no problem.

Is there anyone who´s got the same or similar problem? How did you solve it?
