Error -41 after upgrading from 4.0.1.1 to 4.0.1.2

Hello :)

I'm supporting a client who is using the PDF converter on their 2008R2 Remote Desktop Server.

Currently they're using v.4.0.1.1 but when I run the upgrade to 4.0.1.2 it stops working and starts returning error -41 everytime they print.

I'm rather new to working with Amyuni, but from what I understand, everytime you print, the licensholder name and license key is sent to the pdf converter along with the print.

When it returns error -41 is it because I need to upgrade the license key, and how do they get a new one? Or is it because I need to put the registration info somewhere other than in the printer software?

Any help or pointers is appreciated :)
