Problem with page size when scanning in 4.0

When we upgraded to 4.0, we started seeing problems with scanning. When you scan an image in 300 dpi, then send it to the pdf printer, it ends up only showing the full page worth of information all in the upper left hand quarter of the screen. This is not a problem for images scanned in 600 dpi nor was it a problem for images scanned in 300 dpi and printed in 3.0. Any advice on how to cause 300 dpi scans to appear full page?

Hello,

It looks like you maybe using the PDF Converter that came bundled with a scanning application or tool. Can you please contact the tech support department of that application?

Unfortunately I am not sure how to help you with this issue.
