Hi,
we're using a VisualFoxPro based application in a Citrix server network. We have about 25 concurrent users who use the application over the network. The application uses PDF Converter 2.50g-4 and Creator 2.0g-3 to generate our reports.
Although our report layouts don't change, we randomly get the 'Page Header Band too large to fit on Page" error.
This can happen after the report has been printed multiple times in an online session and suddenly, without changing printers or layouts, the error occurs. Once the error occurs, checking and controlling printing parameters does not clear the error. Changing the selected printer to another one sometime does the trick. Closing and restarting the application does always clear the error and the report can be printed as usual. Because this error really appears to come randomly, it's hard to track it down. After the error message, an empty PDF is generated.
Any help is more than welcome.
Thx,
Dirk
