Converted PDF don't come out right

I am using version 3.03 of the Coverter to convert documents of different types to PDFs and then appending them. I am also trying to send different types of PDF files through the Coverter to make sure all the page settings are the same when I appened all my documents together. When I try to send a PDF throught the Convertor some of the fonts seem to be lost. For example a check box comes out as a different symbol.

Next I tried to turn on embed fonts and then some of my fonts get lost as well as some of the text.

Any ideas?

Please make sure you are using version 3.03e or our latest version 4.0.

Turn on partial font embedding + Multilanguage support.

Ok, I'll try that. How would I know if I have 3.03e? In Visual Studio the version that shows up is 3.0.0 but I know we downloaded 3.03 just a few weeks ago.

To know the driver version you can either call GetVersionInfo() of CDintf or right click on the printer in the printers folder, choose preferences and check the printer version.

When I right click on the dll it shows version 3.03 with a last modify date for Oct 16, 2008 so I think I have the right version. Now when I sent my PDF through the Converter some of the fonts are getting corrupted. I did turn on multi language support through the FileName OptionsEx and I tried different font embed options. Which option is partial embed fonts?

Partial font embedding is set by adding Hex 10 or Dec 16 to your call of FileNameOptionsEx()

the version of October 16 is a little bit old, please try with the latest version that is on our website. It is 4.03
