2.5 and 3.03 drivers - help please, urgent

hi there,

the amyuni 2.5 and 3.03 drivers were packaged along with another application and now i'm trying to make it work. i am using softgrid to package it all up but i'm running into issues. in the past the v2 drivers worked however now...

when i attempt to install 2.5 through softgrid, it results in: Error Code 2, the system cannot find the file specified. followed by: error code 1797 - the printer driver is unknown

3.03 gets the XP prompt: "has not passed windows logo testing" then results in "operation could not be completed"

help please! i've been struggling on this for days and we really need to roll this out

Version 2.5 and 3.03 can be installed simoultaneously on the same machine.

I am not sure what you mean by "package it all up". If you are receiving the two versions of the PDF Converter in two different applictations, you should just intall your applications and the PDF Converter will be installed with your application.

I am not sure which version 3.03 is included in your application, if it gives you the message that the driver is not signed please choose 'Install anyway" to install this driver. Version 3.03e on our website and version 4.0 are signed.

Do you have a license of the PDF Converter for your own or you are only installing the PDF Converter through third party applications?

both drivers were included with the one software package. i am trying to sequence it in microsoft softgrid but receiving these errors. these drivers will work in tandem with the software application - they have an encrypted license key file included

Why would two versions of the PDF Converter be included in one software package?

Are you trying to print to the PDF Printer installed with your application from other applications like Word or Excel?

Do you have a license of the PDF Converter for your own or you are only installing the PDF Converter through third party applications?
