URGENT: cdintf400.zip missing from downloads area

The v4 driver documentation includes a link to http://www.amyuni.com/downloads/cdintf400.zip but it doesn't work and I need this archive as I want to use the DLL interface.

I'm looking for this as well - although I have a workaround by doing a GetProcAddress (into cdintf400.dll) of every function I use.
