PDF Converter v3.02 and acXMLParser.dll

Just noticed that lastest PDF Converter v3.02 doesn't install acXMLParser.dll, at least at APP DIR... and wondering if this file is no longer neeeded or perhaps it's about any installer mistake...

acXMLParser.dll is no longer needed in version 3.02
