Printer not activated, error code -30

Hello, im using the document converter v. 2.51 of yours.

When im trying to use the printer on our printer servers, i get this message when im testing it or when im trying to go into the "printing preferences".

what does this really mean?
Have our lisence expired?

Any help is appreciated.

Hello,

Are you using the End User or Developer version of the demo?

error code -30 means that the PDF Printer has timed out and not that the demo timed out.

Please note that we are not at version 3 of the PDF Converter, so maybe you would like to try our new demo version.
