PDF printing on NT4

Post by serge »

I use dynamically-created printer to print HTML topics from Delphi control. It works OK on XP and 2000, but fails on NT4. (Print to another printers works fine)

In pdf header I see
NT4 (bad pdf) :

/Encoding 5 0 R
/ToUnicode 6 0 R
/FirstChar 32
/LastChar 97
and only squares instead of chars

On XP and 2000 :
/Encoding /WinAnsiEncoding
/FirstChar 32
/LastChar 255

How can I correct this problem ? And why I see font encoding "Custom" in doc properties ?
Thanks.

Hello,

Which version of the driver are you using?

I guess an update should help. But I am not sure which version you have to guide you to the right update. Please check our Support section for more details about the available updated.

If you are still facing any problem please send the files generated under Windows 2000 and NT4 to support@amyuni.com, they will check them and get back to you.

Thanks.
