printer not activated error code -20

Hi,
I need help.
After downloading the pdfdrv250.exe (Amyuni PDF 2.51) I did the following:
1. Installed pdfdrv250 with the license and activation codes.
2. Installed "install.exe -n "license code" -c "activation code"

Then I click on the "printeing references" driver from "printer and faxes" view and get the error :
"Printer Not Activates, error code -20".
Clicking ok I do see the "Amyuni PDF Converter Version 2.51-b"
but the installation is bad.

Hello,

If you have a developer activation code (developer version of the PDF Converter) it is normal to get a printer not activated message when trying to access its preferences. The developer version can be used only programmatically from inside your application.

If you have an End User version than most probably the activation code was not copied properly, you can reenter the LicenseTo and Activation Code by clicking ont the small square with 3 dots on it '...' in the printer preferences.

IWe purchased upgrade version, this is from the mail you sent us :
"Thank you for your order of Amyuni PDF Converter Professional Version for Windows® Developer License. Upgrade"

I insert the license and activate code that were in this mail but I still receive this error code.

Whats can be the reason ?

Hello,

You have the Developer version of the PDF Converter, it is absolutely normal to get an error message if you try to access the printer preferences directly.

The Developer version can be used only programatically, and the printer preferences can be set also only programatically.
