version 2.51b install

I call Amyuni Install.exe from my own setup program. What files I need to copy to my application folder to successfuly install pdf driver 2.51b?

Hello

The files you need to copy depends on the operating system on which you want to install the PDF Converter.

For a detailed list of needed files for each operating system please check page 6 of our Developer's manual "Common Driver Interface 250.pdf"

The problem is documentation shipped with version 2.51b is dated September 26, 2005 and references version 2.50e files. I understand that some files were removed (e.g. WinNt4 files or files for IA64 processor), but there are some new files like amyuni.inf or atpdf251.cat. They are not on the distribution list for version 2.50e. Should I distribute those files or not?

Hello,

In general releasing new versions is faster than updating the documentation specifically that in some cases the new versions doesn't really require an update of the documentation.

Amyuni.ing and the .cat file are needed if you want to install the signed driver, this is needed under Windows XP and Windows 2003, this was added to our PDF Converter very recently since we start having our driver certified by Microsoft.
