Error 1722 no RPC server when install PDF Converter 2.07 WXP

Hi,

I am installing using install.exe and got this message:

Windows 2000/XP Install
------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Printer setup failed
Error Code: 1722
The RPC server is unavailable.
------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Please Help.

Running Install -p from the command prompt will help.

I'm having the same error, running install -p did not change anything.

Hello,

This message is due to our install procedure being not able to restart the printer spooler during the initial installation. This is due to the system configuration on which your are trying to install the PDF Converter.

In this case running Install -p should help.

If it didn't please send us your system configuration, your log file and the version number of the PDF Converter you are trying to install to support@amyuni.com so we can check this.

I had the same problem and I started the "Print Spooler" service from the service panel. I was able to install Amyuni successfully.
