Slow open pdf file in Citrix farm

We have a Citrix farm and we use Amyuni PDF Suite (latest version) to create a 3.5Mb (1300 pages) PDF file. We try to open the file with the ocx inside a FoxPro form and with the PDFCreactiveDoc.exe supply in the program and in both cases the time that takes to open the file is around 3 minutes. If we open the same file with Adobe Acrobat, opens immediately. Looks like the “ocx.OpenEx function” depends on the size of the file and not what the manual said about open the first page only.
