Printing PDF to PDF

Post by Tiger » Mon Dec 01 2008

Hello,
when my customers try to printing PDF's to the PDF-Creator Printer Driver, they often get huge PDF-Files (for example a 300K-PDF-Files grows up to an 110 MB File!).
They do this, because they get PDF-Documents on the fly from other Applications and they would archivate the PDF-File via my PDF-Printer.
Any ideas?

Hello,

We don't advise printing a PDF file to the PDF Printer because the output can never be garanteed. This is why we disabled this option in newer versions of the PDF Converter.

You can try using Jpeg compression or Automatic compression to get smaller file size
