We have just upgraded 6 desktops to Windows XP and the Accounting package uses the Amyuni PDF printer to process invoices etc.
Even after the warning bulletin on the Amyuni web site the PDF printer will not run. I can't even find the file framedyn.dll ?
Anyone having the same problem and found the answer would they please share it as its very frusterating.

I didn't face this same problem but I will try to help you.
framedyn.dll is file in Windows XP and not in the PDF Converter package.
You should be able to find this file on your system, did you try to go directory by directory and search for it. It should be under Windows\system32\wbem.
If you find this file you can then copy it to the system32 directory or to the application directory.
Maybe the problem is not the same as the one mentioned in Technical Newsletter 1. If you are still facing problems please specify what is the error you are getting if any so maybe it is a totally different issue.
Joan thanks for your help in this matter, I have fixed the problem but still do not know how, I copied old setup files from a CD backup and over wrote the files in my accounting software and it all jumped up and worked.
