Orientation problem - PDF not showing in Landscape

I have several PDF-File which are generated from Crystal-Reports (report is exported to PDF) where the orientation is landscape.

When showing these files in the Acrobat-Reader, the paper orientation is correct, but when I try to show these files with the PDF-Viewer, the pages are all presented in portrait-orientation.

I also tried to display these files with the PDF-Creator-EXE - same problem.

Have you any suggestions.

Hello Joanna,

I'm using version 2.01-b of the PDF-Creator.

I've tried different version of Crystal-Report (9 & 10) which generate different PDF-File formats. Crystal-Report 9 generates a PDF-File with PDF-Version 1.2, Crystal-Report 10 use PDF-Version 1.3. Same problem.

Please send a sample pdf file to support@amyuni.com we wil check if it will open properly using the next version 2.01-d that is currently under testing.
