Font error when append PDF files

Hi all,

I'm using PDF creator 2.50.

Here is the issue :
I open a PDF file then append another one. The PDF obtained is incorrect : a particular font is missing in the second page so the text is displayed incorrectly.

When I open separatly either of these two PDF files and save it with the creator, the PDF obtained is OK.

Info :
These two PDF files were created by Acrobat Distiller 4.0. Both files include the same font that is missing in the final PDF.

I tested with the missing font embedded or not, the result is the same.

Hello,

You are either using the PDF Creator 2.0 or the PDF Converter 2.50 there is no PDF Creator 2.50.

Whatever product you are using here are the steps to follow in similar cases:
- Download the latest version of your product and try to use it to append the files. The latest version is 2.0g-3 orr 2.50g-3
-If you are still facing this issue with the latest version send your files to support@amyuni.com so our engineers can check them.
