Inserting Pages

I am considering using PDF Creator in an application I have developed. I looked through the Developer's Guide but did not see a specific method for inserting a specific range of pages from one PDF after a specific page in another PDF. Can this be accomplished using the methods that are available in PDF Creator? Perhaps using Merge, Delete, and Move?
