HTML2PDF Hangs

Hi,

HTML2PDF.exe hangs when invoked with the following command (from a batch file):
Html2PDF.exe file://C:\TEMP\test\intake-4095.html C:\TEMP\pdf\intake-4095.html.pdf 00_eCommDocProcessor

00_eCommDocProcessor is a PDF Converter 2.06 printer and I am using the latest HTML2PDF version.

If I type it at the command prompt, it returns immediately, but I can see the HTML2PDF.exe with the Task Manager (Win2k), which means it hangs. It stops somewhere after it changes the default printer to 00_eCommDocProcessor.

Am I doing something wrong?

I have the same problem, when running HTML2PDF after having installed the WebDemo, it returns fine to the command prompt, but doesn't print, and doesn't clear itself from the Win2K task manager.

This occurs whether using URL or FILE inputs. No output is produced.
