Pre-sales Question

Post by all1source »

Hello,

We are evaluating the pdf conversion component for our client projects. We have the following questions that need clarification.

1. We understand that Document Converter Suite Version 2.5 (PDF-RTF-DHTML-Excel®-JPEG-TIFF) support two way conversion (PDF>Support Format>PDF), correct?

2. Does the component support following
- conversion of PDF Forms
- conversion of PDF file created with Acrobat Pro (4.x, 5.x. 6.x, 7.x)

3. Do we need a developer license for each of the application that require your component or one developer license could be shared on multiple application?

Once we hear back from you, we will be ready to decide on the component and we hope yours could work to our requirement.

Regards,
Raj

I am sure by now you got a reply from our Support Department, in general our Support replies are not slow, we do replies to all inquiries within 2 working days if not less.

I will reply to your questions here for general info:

1) Yes

2) You can convert pdf files created by other products by printing them to our PDF Printer by you need to enable Font Embedding to get good output.

3) You need one Developer license.
