Installation problem: Error code 5 + Error code 1797

We runned the file Install.exe and we got the following messages:

Windows 2000/XP Install

MyOffice Printer
----------------------------------
Installing printer driver
Error Code: 5
Zugriff verweigert
----------------------------------
Installing printer
Error Code: 1797
Der Druckertreiber ist unbekannt.
---------------------------------
Printer setup failed
Error Code: 1797
Der Druckertreiber ist unbekannt.
----------------------------------

Could you explain us what's the problem?

Hello,

It seems you have a file of the PDF Printer in the system directory and marked as Read Only.

Please delete all files called cdintf*.* and acfpdf*.* from your system directory then run Install.exe again.

Please note that you need to be logged to the system as administrator to run Install.exe

Got almost the same problem but with a different errorno. at the start.
The solution posted does not work.

I get this message:

This is not the same error, this is a totally different issue.
