Error 109 when deleting pages from PDF

On an irregular basis I get the following error after deleting a page then trying to save the converted PDF...

"The document could not be saved. There was a problem reading this document (109)."

I'm using v2.0.9.0 of CDINTF.DLL, Developer version & VB6.

The support person is using Acrobat v6 to do her changes. If I open the same PDF on another machine using Acrobat v4.05, I get no error. We really need to use v6 however.

You are not using the latest version of the PDF Converter and PDF Creator. Please feel free to download the latest version from our site and check them.
