Default paper size for printing

I send output that is legal paper size (11X14) from a Visual FoxPro report to PDF using the Converter. The resulting file appears correct in either the Adobe Acrobat reader or a viewing screen we created using the tools from the PDF Creator.

The problem is that when the user clicks the print button in either the Adobe reader or our PDF-Creator-based viewer, the output will default to printing to letter-size paper. The user has to manually select the appropriate paper size for the document.

Is there any way (either as a property of the PDF file or the viewer) to have the print option default to the actual paper size of the document?

HI,

You may set the printer paper size from inside your VFP application by using the SetPaperSize() function of CDintf.

You will need to call SetDefaultConfig() after setting a new paper size.
