Hi,
I'm currently using the Professional Developer version of the Document Converter Suite version 2.10e with PDF, RTF, HTML, EXCEL and JPEG modules.
I shipped the Installation Files to one of our customers using the following :-
INSTALL "XSSL Export Printer" -S
They have installed it on a Terminal Services Server without any problems, but when they try to share it, they are getting the following message:-
Spoolss.exe - Application Error
The instruction at "0x77f7a3fe" referenced at "0x00000000". The memory could not be "read".
Clicking [OK] gives the following message :-
Printer Properties
Printer Settings could not be saved. The remote procedure call failed.
Then if they try to share it again, they get the following message :-
Printer Properties
Printer properties cannot be displayed. The RPC server is unavailable.
Anyone had any similar problems or any ideas ?
