One page Access reports produces blank 32000 pages in PDF

I have an reports in Access2000 that will print and preview to be 1 or 2 two pages long.
However when it is printed to the PDF printer, a 32000 page report seems to be produced with a filesize of 26Mb. The extra pages seem to be blank.
It may have something to do with the page length as increasing the bottom margin height can stop it happening (possibly by forcing the report to flow to 2 pages). I've tried this on 2.08 and now 2.10e(althought the output -below- indicates its still 2.08). Using Windows2k, Access2k.

In the resultant PDF.cat, this block of code seems to be repeated thousands of times -

I think this is caused by Access 2000 bug, miscalculting the height of hidden fields. It only showed up with certain print drivers - which is why I thought it was a print driver issue. Sorry.
