Citrix Server installation

I want to install the Converter on a Citrix server for use in a multi-user environment. The C drive is unavailable for specific reasons.

The installation says that it can not find the ActiveX file, nor the PDF printer driver, the printer driver is unknown, and printer setup failed. I have administrator rights on the machine.

Not sure how much use this will be but, I have Amyuni 2.09 running comfortably on a Metaframe XP environment.I didnt do anything special during the install. If the problem lies with c: not existing ie it is now the X: for instance. Try using the dos command subst c: with which ever the local drive is mapped to.

Hello Ronald,

In addition to the suggestion of Phil, please check that you are running Install.exe from a folder on the server containing all the files you received with the PDF Converter.

Note: It is advisable when working in a client / server environment to install the printer on the server using Install.exe and access it from the clients machines.
